While researching for a documentary in 2009, Claus Löser came across four short films shot by the "Clara Mosch" artist collective on Super-8 film. Prior to the discovery, the group’s experimentation with film had been almost entirely unknown.
The group filmed their exhibitions but also performances like the so-called „Leussow-Recycling-Aktion“ in 1977 where the group made sculptures out of leftover wood, burned them and filled the ashes in glass-cylinders. In 2016 the cylinders were put on exhibition, together with photographs of the performance, in the Dieselkraftwerk Cottbus. In another performance-film, one could see Clara Mosch-member Michael Mogner how he "walks on" a lake at Gallenthin (near Schwerin). These are preserved in the Ex.Oriente.Lux archive.
