  • The content of the collection represents the actions of the citizens of Ruse during the second half of the 1980s. The photos show the first ecological mass protests in Bulgaria, provoked by systemic chlorine air pollution in Ruse. The collection also contains various materials used and displayed by the protesters such as posters, flags, and gas masks.
