The OSCE meeting in Belgrade in 1977 was informed about religious repressions in Soviet Lithuania, and how the Soviet government implemented the provisions of the Final Act. The document represents a very popular field of activity of the Lithuanian Helsinki Group, the protection of basic human rights and freedom of religion. The document was signed by all the members of the Lithuanian Helsinki Group.
